Conversatonal AI
We analyzed guest-employee conversations at a major Canadian casual dining chain to identify service strengths and improvement areas. Our insights informed targeted training to address knowledge gaps, communication styles, and process issues—ultimately improving the guest experience.
2023
Predicting Employee Turnover
In partnership with the AI Lab at Durham College, a dataset exceeding 50,000 records was analyzed to investigate the relationship between employe happiness, work performance and employee retention. The results were used to develop a predictive model to forecast future employee turnover.
2022
Training in Virtual Reality (VR)
Our lab partnered with the SIRT Team at Sheridan College to engineer a VR employee training simulation. This module created a dynamic, low-risk sandbox environment, enabling users to effectively practice and master complex day-to-day operational tasks through realistic virtual replication.
